Lee Webster was born March 17, 1945 in St. Louis, Missouri, served in the Air National Guard, and operated the Springfield restaurant Jolly Tamale for 32 years

Served as a volunteer firefighter in Divernon for many years and served on the Divernon board

Survived by his wife Celeste Webster and son Jason (Staci) Webster

Illinois Senate extends sincere condolences to Webster's family, friends, and all who knew him, with a suitable copy of the resolution to be presented to his family
