Stanley "Mike" Riordan of Bloomington passed away on August 15, 2020, and the Illinois Senate mourns his death.

Born September 14, 1950, in Normal to Stanley and Mildred Thompson Riordan; was a United States Army veteran who served in Korea and Japan.

Dedicated 34 years to coaching youth football with the Twin City Tigers program and coached his three sons in football and baseball.

Survived by his wife Jean L. Runge (married March 29, 1975), three sons, six grandchildren, two sisters, and extended family.

The Senate extends sincere condolences to his family and directs that a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the Riordan family.
