Rose Harcar was born November 11, 1946, graduated from Streator High School, and married James J. Harcar on May 15, 1973

She worked in the Physical Therapy Department at St. Mary's Hospital and later at B&R Grocery for 15 years before retiring

Rose Harcar was a member of St. Stephen's Church and later St. Michael the Archangel Church, known for her generosity and devotion to family and pets

A suitable copy of the resolution will be presented to Rose Harcar's family as an expression of sympathy
