Ronald Valerio "Junior Jones" Clemente of Moline passed away on September 5, 2020; he was born August 15, 1938 in Chicago to Valerio Y. and Hildagarde W. (Jones) Clemente.

Served in the U.S. Navy from 1955 to 1959; worked at Rock Island Arsenal from 1962 to 1990, as a blackjack dealer at Jumer's Casino from 1992 to 1995, and as a limousine driver from 1997 to 2001.

Enjoyed table tennis, softball, bowling, riding motorcycles, and playing video poker throughout his life.

Survived by wife Beverly Clemente; four siblings; three daughters; three stepchildren; 18 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

Illinois Senate extends sincere condolences to the family and directs a suitable copy of the resolution be presented to the Clemente family.
