Memorializes Thomas J. Lynch, who died on October 22, 2020, expressing the Illinois Senate's condolences to his family and loved ones.

Lynch was born July 7, 1927, in Hammond, Indiana, served in the U.S. Navy during World War II, and retired in 1984 as a senior systems analyst from Deere & Company after 37 years of service.

Served as a member of Christ United Methodist Church in East Moline, where he participated in the choir, food pantry, and Rotary; received the Silver Beaver Award as scout master for Troop #335 Franklin School Moline.

Survived by three sons (Dennis, Richard, and Randall), nine grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews; preceded in death by his wife Alice Robb and parents.

Directs that a suitable copy of the resolution be presented to Lynch's family as an expression of sympathy.
