Frank Villari, born November 11, 1931 in Chicago, passed away on February 17, 2020 at age 88.

Attended St. Mel High School and earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign; was a longtime Oak Park resident.

Served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and worked as an engineer researching and developing plastics, receiving multiple patents throughout his career.

Preceded in death by his daughter Julianne and siblings Joseph Villari, Genevieve Derose, and Julie Seitz; survived by wife Jean, son Frank, and grandchildren Emma and Francesca.

Illinois Senate expresses condolences to the Villari family and directs presentation of a suitable copy of this resolution to the family.
