Mourns the death of former Illinois State Senator Mary Margaret "Maggie" Crotty, who passed away on November 5, 2020.

Honors her career as State Representative from 1996 to 2002 and State Senator from 2002 to 2013, representing the 19th Senate District.

Recognizes her legislative accomplishments including passage of the Silver Alert system for missing seniors and disabled persons, increased education funding initiatives, and advocacy for insurance coverage of treatment for children with genetic disorders.
