Expresses the Illinois Senate's mourning for the death of Zachary "Zac" Jacob Plantz, a Frankfort native and Chicago resident, who passed away on November 26, 2020 at age 27.

Honors Plantz's accomplishments, including his athletic achievements in football and rugby, his graduation from Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business in 2015 with a degree in IT Management, and his career transition to political consulting.

Recognizes his work as a technology consultant at Protiviti, co-founder of the Kraken Rugby Football Club in Chicago, campaign manager for Congressman Dan Lipinski, and his plans to attend law school.

Commemorates his personal qualities including his loyalty, compassion, sense of humor, strong Catholic faith, and his fundraising efforts for the Movember Foundation that raised over $85,000 for men's health initiatives.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be presented to Plantz's family as an expression of the Senate's sympathy.
