Creates the Illiana Task Force consisting of 24 police officers appointed by the Director of the Illinois State Police, with members selecting a chairperson from their number.

Task Force members receive no compensation but shall be reimbursed for necessary expenses from General Assembly appropriations.

Task Force shall meet at least monthly to study ways to reduce firearm violence in local communities and recommend legislative solutions to the Governor and General Assembly.

Task Force shall submit annual reports by December 31 each year and a final report 5 years after creation.

Task Force dissolves 6 years after creation, and the Act is repealed on January 1, 2027.
