Amends the Firearm Owners Identification Card Act to add stalking convictions within the past 5 years as grounds for denying or revoking a FOID card if a firearm was used or possessed.

Adds stalking to Section 4(a)(2)(viii) as a disqualifying offense when an applicant has been convicted within the past 5 years of stalking or a substantially similar offense in another jurisdiction involving firearm use or possession.

Adds stalking to Section 8(k) as grounds for the Department of State Police to deny an application for or revoke and seize a previously issued FOID card under the same 5-year conviction timeframe.

Applies the stalking disqualification alongside existing prohibitions for battery, assault, aggravated assault, and violation of orders of protection when firearms were involved.
