Adds "trampoline court" as a defined amusement ride under the Amusement Ride and Attraction Safety Act, subjecting commercial trampoline facilities to state safety regulations.

Defines a trampoline court as a commercial facility with one or more trampolines, trampoline foam pits, or series thereof, excluding supervised gymnastic training facilities.

Excludes playground slides and privately controlled slides (limited to invited guests or members) from the definition of amusement rides requiring state oversight.

Expands the Department of Labor's jurisdiction over amusement attractions to include trampoline courts and inflatable attractions at carnivals and amusement enterprises.
