Amends the Property Tax Code to provide homestead exemptions for World War II veterans regardless of disability level, effective beginning in taxable year 2021.

World War II veterans' property is exempt from taxation under the Code without requiring a minimum service-connected disability rating, unlike other disabled veterans who must have 70% or higher disability ratings.

World War II veterans who qualify for the exemption are not required to reapply annually, while other disabled veterans must reapply on an annual basis.

Maintains existing exemption amounts for non-WWII disabled veterans: $2,500 for 30-50% disability, $5,000 for 50-70% disability, and full exemption for 70% or higher disability.

Act becomes effective immediately upon enactment.
