Amends the Illinois Fire Protection Training Act to expand the definition of "fire fighter" for training requirements to include those hired by the Chicago Fire Department

Requires the Office to maintain a website link to educational materials on the history of the fire service labor movement

Mandates that all fire fighters complete training on fire service labor movement history

Allows entities responsible for fire fighter training to request in-person presentation of the educational program from a statewide organization representing professional union fire fighters
