Amends Section 3-102 of the Illinois Human Rights Act to add criminal conviction history as a protected class in real estate transactions.

Prohibits owners, real estate brokers, and other parties from discriminating based on criminal conviction history in refusing to engage in transactions, altering terms and conditions, or failing to transmit bona fide offers.

Extends protections to prevent discrimination based on criminal conviction history in negotiations, representations about property availability, and property inspections.

Prohibits making or publishing notices, statements, advertisements, or applications that indicate any preference, limitation, or discrimination based on criminal conviction history in real estate transactions.

Prevents accepting or retaining real estate listings with knowledge that discrimination based on criminal conviction history is intended.
