Requires petitions for temporary guardian appointments to be filed at or after the petition for adjudication of disability and appointment of a guardian, and to state facts supporting the need, the proposed guardian's name, address, age, and occupation.

Establishes notice requirements of at least 3 days before hearings on temporary guardian appointments and revocation petitions, provided to the alleged person with a disability, proposed guardian, and listed interested parties, with court authority to waive notice for good cause.

Limits temporary guardianship duration to 60 days after appointment or until a regular guardian is appointed, whichever occurs first, with extensions only granted in specified circumstances including pending appeals or guardian succession.

Allows extensions up to 120 days total in cases without an adjudication of disability if the court finds it necessary to protect the alleged person from abuse, neglect, exploitation, or other harm.

Grants the ward the right to petition the court at any time to revoke a temporary guardian appointment.
