Amends the Illinois Wildlife Code (520 ILCS 5) to provide exemptions allowing individuals with Firearm Concealed Carry Act permits to carry firearms on Department of Natural Resources property in specific contexts.

Modifies Section 2.11 (wild turkey hunting) to permit possession of firearms beyond those authorized for turkey hunting if carried in accordance with the Firearm Concealed Carry Act.

Modifies Section 2.26 (deer hunting) to allow possession of unauthorized firearms during deer hunting if carried in accordance with the Firearm Concealed Carry Act.

Modifies Section 2.33 (prohibitions) to exempt Firearm Concealed Carry Act permit holders from restrictions on carrying firearms and bow devices in vehicles.

Modifies Section 2.34 (dog trials) to exempt organized field trials approved by the Department from firearm restrictions if participants comply with the Firearm Concealed Carry Act.
