Amends the Veterinary Medicine and Surgery Practice Act of 2004 by adding a new exemption to Section 4.

Exempts chiropractic physicians licensed in Illinois and certified by the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association from veterinary licensing requirements when performing chiropractic care on animals.

Allows licensed chiropractors to provide animal chiropractic services without being subject to the Act's regulations that normally apply to veterinary practitioners.
