• Allows out-of-state hospitals located in counties bordering Illinois to provide services if they submit approved areawide treatment plans and comply with Illinois requirements including use of Illinois State Police Evidence Collection Kits.

• Extends the Sexual Assault Medical Forensic Services Implementation Task Force deadline to submit reports to January 1, 2024, and extends the task force repeal date to January 1, 2025.
