Department of Financial and Professional Regulation must issue or deny a practical nurse license no later than 30 days after completion of the application.

Department must issue or deny a registered professional nurse license no later than 30 days after completion of the application.

Department must issue or deny an advanced practice registered nurse license no later than 30 days after receiving all required documentation.

Applicants have 3 years from initial application to complete the licensure process; applications are denied if not completed within this timeframe.

Bill takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
