IL HB0375

Requires university boards to notify adjunct professors about class enrollment status at least 30 days before a term begins and again 14 days before the term starts.

Applies to all public universities in Illinois: University of Illinois, Southern Illinois University, Chicago State University, Eastern Illinois University, Governors State University, Illinois State University, Northeastern Illinois University, Northern Illinois University, and Western Illinois University.

Exempts notifications when the Governor declares a disaster due to public health emergency or natural disaster under the Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act.

Exempts collective bargaining agreements that were in effect on the bill's effective date (102nd General Assembly) from these notification requirements.
