Requires sellers to clearly and conspicuously disclose automatic renewal clauses and cancellation procedures in contracts.

Mandates written notice to consumers 30 to 60 days before the automatic renewal cancellation deadline, disclosing that renewal will occur unless cancelled and where to find cancellation details.

Provides liability exemption for businesses that demonstrate written compliance procedures, that non-compliance results from error, and that full refunds or credits are provided for unauthorized charges from renewal until account termination.
