Creates the Illinois Future of Work Task Force to assess emerging technologies' impact on employment, wages, and skills, and to develop job standards ensuring a strong middle class in Illinois.

Task Force duties include identifying future job opportunities, compiling best practices from other states and countries, developing technology impact assessment tools, and proposing workforce development and apprenticeship programs.

Membership comprises 27 total members including business and labor representatives appointed by legislative leaders, gubernatorial appointees with expertise in work and workers' rights, and directors from state labor, commerce, education, and higher education agencies.

Task Force must hold seven monthly meetings with appointments finalized by August 31, 2021, and submit a final report to the Governor and General Assembly by May 1, 2022, at which point it dissolves.

The entire act is repealed on January 1, 2024.
