Allows principals to elect a 30-day delayed revocation period for health care powers of attorney, during which revocation intent is communicated but the power remains effective for 30 days.

Permits revocation of health care agencies through multiple methods: physical destruction, written revocation, oral expression witnessed by someone 18+, or electronic deletion using secure digital signature systems.

Enables health care powers of attorney to be created, signed, and revoked using electronic signatures that comply with the Electronic Commerce Security Act or Hospital Licensing Act standards.

Adds optional checkbox to statutory health care power of attorney form allowing principals to elect the 30-day delayed revocation period if desired.

Maintains immediate revocation as the default option if a principal does not elect the delayed revocation period.
