Dissolves Bensenville Fire Protection District #1 effective upon enactment and transfers all powers, duties, rights, responsibilities, taxing powers, and territory to Bensenville Fire Protection District #2.

Transfers all books, records, documents, property, contracts, and pending business from District #1 to District #2, including all unexpended moneys and funds for their original purposes.

Allows District #2 to increase tax levy on the former District #1 territory without referendum, phased over 2 years with a maximum 50% increase in year one and the remainder in year two to equalize the tax levy.

Terminates all intergovernmental agreements that previously serviced District #1 territory and requires District #2 to assume fire protection services for that area.

Requires all members of District #2 board of trustees to be elected beginning with the 2023 consolidated election, with terms staggered by lot draw (2-year, 4-year, and 6-year terms) before transitioning to all 6-year terms thereafter.
