• Amends the Nurse Practice Act to add new subsection (b-5) preventing discipline of registered nurses and advanced practice registered nurses based solely on their license being revoked or disciplined by another state for providing abortion-related services that are legal in Illinois.

• Amends the Physician Assistant Practice Act to add new subsection (b-5) preventing discipline of physician assistants based solely on their license being revoked or disciplined by another state for providing abortion-related services that are legal in Illinois.

• Establishes protection for healthcare professionals licensed in Illinois who provide, authorize, or participate in abortion-related healthcare services that are lawful in Illinois but prohibited in other jurisdictions.
