Mandates publication of annual total compensation for trustees and township school treasurers, itemized by salary, retirement contributions, insurance, allowances, and deferred compensation.

Requires websites to display audited financial statements for prior 3 fiscal years, current fiscal year budget (by September 30), contracts over $25,000, and collective bargaining agreements.

Requires township school treasurers to submit quarterly investment reports to each school district within 30 days after each calendar quarter, including account and investment details, rates of return, and maturity dates.
