Amends Illinois Election Code Section 7-61 to address vacancies in nominations occurring after a caucus held under the Township Code.

Requires that any vacancy in nomination occurring on or after a township caucus but before candidate certification must be filled before the certification date.

Applies existing vacancy-filling procedures to nominations from township caucuses, including requirements for resolutions, statements of candidacy, and ethics disclosures.

Maintains current rules for vacancies occurring after certification but before 15 days prior to the general election, which must be filled within 8 days of the event creating the vacancy.
