Requires school districts serving grades 6-12 that issue student identification cards to include contact information for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (988), Crisis Text Line, and Safe2Help Illinois or a local suicide prevention hotline on the cards.

Mandates that school districts identify which helplines are accessible via text messaging and include this contact information in student handbooks and custom-printed student planners.

Requires public colleges and universities that issue student identification cards to display the same suicide prevention helpline contact information on those cards and in student handbooks and planners.

Amends the Mental Health Early Action on Campus Act to add suicide prevention helpline requirements to existing college mental health awareness obligations.
