• Directs the Department of Healthcare and Family Services to apply for federal waiver or State Plan amendment by July 1, 2021 to provide Medicaid reimbursement through bundled daily rates for crisis management services delivered at behavioral health receiving centers.

• Authorizes managed care organizations to provide coverage for crisis management services at behavioral health receiving centers and permits the Department to integrate payment for physical health services at these facilities.
