Creates the Veterans' Service-Related Ailments Task Force to review and recommend actions regarding service-related ailments not recognized by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Task Force assesses ways Illinois can improve disability compensation claim approval rates and correct disparities between Illinois veterans' approval rates and those in other states.

Task Force comprises 15 members including the Director of Veterans' Affairs, 4 legislators (2 House, 2 Senate), veterans organization representatives, medical professionals, and county veterans service officers.

Task Force members serve without compensation but may be reimbursed for expenses, with Task Force selecting its own chairperson or co-chairpersons at the initial meeting.

Task Force must meet at least once every 2 months beginning on or before July 1, 2021, submit findings and recommendations to the Governor and General Assembly by December 31, 2022, and dissolves on December 31, 2023.
