Requires school districts to maintain records related to remote and blended remote learning days, including duration of instruction, identification of participating teachers, actual time each teacher participated, and identification of teachers who canceled assigned sessions.

Mandates school districts make remote and blended remote learning records publicly available in the district's administrative office and on the district's Internet website.

Applies only when the Governor declares a disaster due to a public health emergency under the Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act.

Does not create or remove employee bargaining rights and does not relieve schools from completing all statutory and regulatory curricular mandates.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
