IL HB1920

Requires county clerks to cross-check voter registration rolls against the United States Postal Service national Change of Address System to identify voters who have moved out of their voting precinct or election district.

Mandates automatic removal of voters from their former precinct or election district voter rolls when a change of address has removed them from that jurisdiction.

Applies the same cross-check and automatic removal requirements to boards of election commissioners in addition to county clerks.

Adds three new sections to the Illinois Election Code (Sections 4-14.2, 5-9.2, and 6-55.5) to implement the change of address verification and removal procedures.
