Amends the Forest Preserve Zoological Parks Act to change the required frequency of free admission days from one day per 7 days open to one day per 30 days open during the calendar year.

Removes temporary provisions that required zoological parks to offer free admission one day per 14 days from June 12, 2020 through June 30, 2022.

Maintains requirement that all zoological parks provide free admission to children attending schools in Illinois at all times.

Allows zoological park managers to limit school group attendance on any given day and establish rules for public safety, accessibility, and conduct.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
