Amends Illinois Pension Code Section 3-116 to prohibit the application of fitness-for-duty examinations and emergency service recall requirements to police officers who have attained the age of 60.

Creates new section in Counties Code (55 ILCS 5/3-6015.5) prohibiting deputy sheriffs who are retired for disability and are age 60 or older from being recalled to service in any capacity.

Creates new section in Illinois Municipal Code (65 ILCS 5/10-3-13) prohibiting police officers who are retired for disability and are age 60 or older from being recalled to service in any capacity.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
