Increases the maximum width for all-terrain vehicles from 50 inches to 55 inches, measured from the outside of the tire rim to the outside of the tire rim.

Removes specific design requirements for all-terrain vehicles, eliminating the requirement for a seat or saddle and handlebars or steering wheel for steering control.

Increases the maximum width for recreational off-highway vehicles from 64 inches to 80 inches, measured from the outside of the tire rim to the outside of the tire rim.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
