IL HB2364

Amends the Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act of the Illinois Municipal Code to add a new completion date provision for a specific TIF district.

Extends the estimated completion date and retirement of obligations for the Rail Pointe TIF District created by the Village of Sherman on October 13, 1999 to December 31 of the year in which taxes are levied in the 35th calendar year after the ordinance adoption.

Adds this provision as item (189) to subsection (c) of Section 11-74.4-3.5, establishing it alongside 188 other municipalities with similar TIF district completion date extensions.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
