Requires interscholastic athletic associations and entities regulating school athletics in Illinois to adopt a policy allowing students from schools closed due to employee strikes to participate in State series competitions.

Permits school board members, school administrators, or parent volunteers to oversee students participating in State series during strikes.

Grants immunity from liability to school districts and overseeing officials (board members, administrators, or parent volunteers), except in cases of willful or wanton conduct.

Becomes effective immediately upon enactment.
