• Creates a civil cause of action for conspiracy to cause unlawful harm to persons or property where 2 or more persons conspire through overt acts including providing funding, distributing funding, encouraging participation, or directly participating in unlawful harm.

• Conspiracy must result in assault, battery, wrongful death, homicide, serious bodily injury, damage or destruction of public or private property, or theft.

• Any person participating in the conspiracy is liable for damages caused by any other conspiracy member.

• Allows actions to be brought by injured persons, representatives of those unable to sue, and government entities suffering damage to public property.

• Liable parties must pay actual and reasonably foreseeable damages plus reasonable attorney's fees and court costs on a joint and several basis.
