Amends Section 16-10 of the Property Tax Code regarding board of review investigations.

Allows a board of review to investigate and summon assessors, deputies, or other persons if an individual or entity has been found to have knowingly made fraudulent or material misrepresentations to secure a reduced assessed value for any property.

Enables the board of review with jurisdiction over a property to investigate the accuracy of assessed values and representations made by individuals or entities with legal interests in other properties within the state.

Establishes that failure to appear when summoned or refusal to answer questions from the board or its attorneys constitutes a petty offense.
