IL HB2554

Adds acupuncturists to the definition of "health care professional" eligible to provide telehealth services under the Telehealth Act.

Maintains existing telehealth definition as evaluation, diagnosis, or interpretation of electronically transmitted patient-specific data between a remote location and a licensed health care professional.

Authorizes the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to adopt rules in consultation with appropriate advisory boards to clarify applicable services and administer the Telehealth Act.
