Amends Section 1-10 of the Illinois Procurement Code to add paragraph (19), which exempts acquisitions of assistive technology devices, assistive technology services, adaptive equipment, repairs, and replacement parts from procurement code requirements when provided to enable reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities.

Exemption covers assistive technology for job applicants with disabilities, current employees with disabilities performing essential job functions, employees accessing equal benefits and privileges of employment, and members of the public accessing State services and programs.

Defines "assistive technology devices" as items or equipment systems used to increase, maintain, or improve functional capabilities of individuals with disabilities, and "assistive technology services" as services that directly assist individuals with disabilities in selection, acquisition, or use of assistive technology devices.

Clarifies that "qualified" individuals with disabilities are defined consistent with the federal Americans with Disabilities Act.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
