IL HB2634

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code Section 11-1414.1 to exempt first and second division motor vehicles from student transportation restrictions when operated by schools for agrarian-related school activities.

Allows schools to transport grade 12 and below students in regular motor vehicles (not just school buses) when the purpose is transporting students to or from agrarian-related school activities.

Adds this exemption to existing exceptions in the vehicle code, which already permitted certain vehicles for parades, homecomings, and similar noncurriculum-related school activities.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
