• Extends the transfer schedule for incentive grant funds into the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority Incentive Fund from July 15, 2022 through July 15, 2026, with a $15,000,000 annual cap on transfers.

• Caps incentive grants for mid-sized conventions at $5,000,000 per fiscal year for events with registered attendance between 3,000-5,000 individuals during fiscal years 2022-2024.

• Modifies Section 18 to allow the Board to determine meeting times and places flexibly, removing the requirement for at least monthly meetings.

• Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
