Amends the School Code to extend the deadline for the Emotional Intelligence and Social and Emotional Learning Task Force to complete guidelines and recommendations from March 1, 2020 to March 1, 2022.

Task Force is responsible for developing age-appropriate curriculum and assessment guidelines on emotional intelligence and social-emotional learning for elementary and high schools, including strategies to address anger management.

Guidelines must include at minimum instruction on recognizing, directing, and positively expressing emotions.

Task Force must make recommendations on funding of appropriate services and identify available funding sources, including federal funding, to support social and emotional learning.

Task Force is dissolved upon completion of the guidelines and recommendations.
