Appropriates $7,686,981,600 total to the Department of Central Management Services for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2021, comprised of $1,921,832,600 from General Revenue Fund and $5,765,149,000 from other state funds.

Article 1 appropriates $61,436,100 from General Revenue Fund for ordinary and contingent expenses, including $1,445,300 for civil lawsuit claims, $1,360,300 for auto liability, and $5,000,000 for the Upward Mobility Program.

Article 1 also appropriates $50,086,000 from Professional Services Fund and $118,516,200 from Workers' Compensation Revolving Fund for administrative costs and employee injury claims.

Appropriates $286,602,300 from Facilities Management Revolving Fund for facilities management and maintenance, plus $1,600,000 from State Employees Deferred Compensation Plan Fund for plan administration.

Article 2 appropriates $1,851,475,900 from General Revenue Fund and $5,000,000,000 from Health Insurance Reserve Fund for group insurance coverage and employee health benefits.
