Appropriates $15,132,400 total for the Illinois Department of Labor's ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2021, consisting of $7,493,900 from General Funds, $2,238,500 from Other State Funds, and $5,400,000 from Federal Funds.

Allocates $7,293,900 from General Revenue Fund for Department of Labor operations including $5,673,300 for personal services, $812,300 for electronic data processing, and $433,200 for social security contributions.

Appropriates $338,400 from the Amusement Ride and Patron Safety Fund for administering The Amusement Ride and Attraction Safety Act.

Appropriates $650,100 from the Child Labor and Day and Temporary Labor Services Enforcement Fund for administering child labor and temporary labor services laws.

Appropriates funds for specialized programs including $2,000,000 for OSHA public sector program, $3,000,000 for federal industrial services, $1,000,000 for Equal Pay Act administration, and $150,000 for employee classification enforcement.
