Appropriates $44,025,600 total for the Law Enforcement Training Standards Board for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2021, comprised of $13,325,600 General Funds, $29,700,000 Other State Funds, and $1,000,000 Federal Funds

Allocates $5,325,600 from General Revenue Fund for operations including personal services ($3,253,000), electronic data processing ($1,075,000), contractual services ($500,000), and other operating expenses

Provides $3,400,000 from Law Enforcement Camera Grant Fund for grants to local governments for installing video cameras in law enforcement vehicles and officer training

Appropriates $26,200,000 from Traffic and Criminal Conviction Surcharge Fund for basic training ($9,800,000) and in-service training ($16,400,000) reimbursements

Requires $8,000,000 General Revenue Fund deposit into Traffic and Criminal Conviction Surcharge Fund only upon written approval by the Governor and allocates $1,000,000 from Federal Projects Fund for federal project expenses
