Appropriates $2,621,200 from General Funds and $140,000 from Other State Funds to the Prisoner Review Board for fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, totaling $2,761,200.

General Revenue Fund allocates $1,871,200 for personal services ($1,315,400), Social Security contributions ($100,600), contractual services ($205,000), travel ($65,000), commodities ($2,000), printing ($1,200), electronic data processing ($145,000), and telecommunications ($37,000).

Appropriates $750,000 from General Revenue Fund for operating costs including court orders, consent decrees, and settlements.

Appropriates $140,000 from the Prisoner Review Board Vehicle and Equipment Fund for ordinary and contingent expenses excluding personal services.

Takes effect July 1, 2021.
