Funds Board of Higher Education operational expenses including P-20 Longitudinal Education Data System, My Credits Transfer System, and Common Application System reimbursements to universities

Appropriates $2,466,300 for Grow Your Own Teachers Program, $1,456,500 for Diversifying Higher Education Faculty in Illinois Program, and $1,433,600 for STEM diversity initiatives

Provides $373,900 for nursing school grants, $197,400 for nurse educator fellowships, and $980,500 for Cooperative Work Study Program grants to institutions of higher education

Appropriates $18,943,900 from Education Assistance Fund and $3,925,000 from IMSA Income Fund to Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy for personal services, contractual services, equipment, and operational expenses; effective July 1, 2021
