Creates the Armed Security Protection Act requiring banks, pawn shops, grocery stores, and gas stations in municipalities with populations exceeding 2,000,000 to employ at least one armed security guard on premises during business hours.

Applies for a 3-year period beginning July 1, 2022, and expires June 30, 2025.

Defines "armed private security guard" as an armed employee under the Private Detective, Private Alarm, Private Security, Fingerprint Vendor, and Locksmith Act of 2004.
